Covid -19 Social Distancing Adjustments to Amenities Use

Residents,

Covid -19 Social Distancing Adjustments to Amenities Use

Palm Beach County is allowing the reopening of Tennis Courts and Pools on Wednesday, April 29, 2020. This is wonderful and challenging since the guidelines are very specific and require the HOA to appoint a monitor for compliance. In order to maintain these facilities; we must obey all guidelines as outlined in Emergency Order #5. Below I have summarized those that pertain to our community and outlined how Silverlake will be monitoring compliance. Please respect one another and the role of the directors have in maintaining the directive. We are a great community. We can do this. The best is we can and do monitor ourselves as is shows how much we respect others!

The Estates of Silverlake HOA Excludes Residents’ Guests from using Community Amenities.
Tennis Courts & Pool are Open & Reserved for RESIDENTS ONLY!

Tennis
Singles play only is permitted, sidelines are permitted. No congregating on the court. Maintain social distancing at all times.
The Guards at Silverlake will monitor the obeyance of rules and report to a Director anyone who is in violation. That Director will address the violators. Please cooperate with self & peer monitoring.

Community Pools (bullet points below)
Pool capacity shall be limited to ensure that social distancing is maintained at all times. Keep distance in the water and be sure to monitor how many people are in the pool at one time.
Restrooms will be opened and sanitized. Soap & water is provided. Please be considerate of others and limit the use of the bathrooms as much as possible.
Pool deck seating or lounging shall be restricted to ensure social distancing. The BOD suggests you bring your own beach chair to the pool deck to ensure your safety regarding the sanitizing of surfaces. Wipe down anything you touch and keep the social distance at all times.
The Guards at Silverlake will monitor the obeyance of rules and report to a Director anyone who is in violation. That Director will address the violators. Please cooperate with self & peer monitoring.
Ideally, there should be no more than 10 residents on the pool deck and 5 residents in the pool at any time. There should be at least 6 feet of distance between people. Residents are responsible for their own sanitizers. Use wipes or gloves when opening the gate or touching any common property. Residents are encouraged to cover lounge chairs or sanitize them before use. For maximum protection bring your own chairs. We encourage everyone to wear masks when under 6’ proximity to another. In order to remain open and protect the residents, everyone must follow the rules. This is a great community, please respect one another. Be mindful of our seniors allow space and time to them.

Continue to support one another by following the rules. Stay in touch. Stay well. Consult the Estates of Silverlake website (www.estatesofsilverlake.com ) for information. Sign on to The Estates of Silverlake facebook page. Talk to your neighbors. Email the directors (silverlake2306@gmail.com).
Thank you & Enjoy. Together we can do this!
