Presidents Report: Presented by Julia Davidow

Review of accomplished business for the month and projected business. 

  • • Insurance renewal ratificationdue to March meeting cancelling due to CoVid-19o Julia Davidowmade ratify the renewal of the Association insurance aspresented by Parker & Associates.  Kasia Pisco seconded the motion and the motion carried unanimously.  
  • • Callbox speaker was out and repaired. 
  • • Amendment filed with the county.
  • • Gate entry system on hold for now.   Will startresearching again. 
  • • Electricalwork on hold for now. 

Financial Report:Kaisa PiscoPresentedas of 03/31/20.  Advised the operating account has a balance of $110,287.04. Reserve account hasbalance of $211,057.90. Total Liabilities $88,860.41. Total Assets: $321,344.94.  

A&MReport: Peter Whitakerpresented. Several owners doing work during this time.  

ClubhouseReport:David LaMaster.  Facilities closed now.

LakeReport:Julia Davidowpresented. Midges are really bad and suggest anothertreatment. 

  • • Peter Whitaker made amotion approve extra midge treatments for March, April and May at a total of $450.  Julia Davidow second the motion andthe motion carried unanimously. 
  • • Peter Whitaker made a motion to approve the stocking the lake with 5 species of fish at a cost of $142.20

Landscape Report:Becki Paynerpresented.  Tree trimming analysis presented.  

  • • Becki Payner made a motion to accept the proposal from Duffys Tree Servicefor $7,700.  Julia Davidow second the motion and the motion carried unanimously. 

Membership Report :Julia Davidowpresented.   

  • • Julia Davidow made a motion to ratify the acceptance ofthe new owners in thecommunity.  Kasia Pisco seconded themotion and the motion carried unanimously. 

Security Report:David Mcilvain presented.  Same issues with illegal parking. Global 8 contract, service and invoices.  

Technology:Patrick Zarrellipresented. 

Violation Report:Bill Matthewspresented.  

  • • Full inspection conducted.  Several cars parking across driveways and on street over night.  All have been noticed.  

Welcome Social Report:Julia Davidowpresented.Events cancelled until further notice. 

Open Forum:The meeting was held via Zoom so the open forum was limited to messages if anyone had questions. 

Nextmeeting isscheduled for March 18,2020at7:00 pmatthe EASClubhouse.

Being there was no further business to discuss; Julia Davidowmoved to adjournthe meeting. Peter Whitaker second the motion. All in favor.  Meeting adjournedat 8:11p.m.
