BOARD OF DIRECTORS’ MEETING MINUTES

Board of Directors Present:

The Pledge of Allegiance was recited.

Meeting Called to Order: 7:00 pm by Julia Davidow

Julia Davidow asked for a motion to accept the agenda as presented. Peter Whitaker motion to accept

the agenda as presented. Liz VanDerhoof second the motion and the motion carried unanimously.

Minutes: January 15, 2020 Meeting Minutes presented and reviewed. Julia Davidow moved to approve

the minutes as prepared. David Mcilvain second the motion and the motion carried unanimously.

Minutes Approved.

Julia Davidow opened the floor to Residents to comment on the agenda items. (Three minutes

allowance per resident).

Presidents Report: Presented by Julia Davidow

Review of accomplished business for the month and projected business.

 Welcome brunch well attended.

 Propane tanks in the community.

o Peter Whitaker made a motion to have the association attorney write up rules regarding

the location of propane tanks. David Mcilvain second the motion and the motion carried

unanimously.

Financial Report: Amy Higgins Presented as of 01/31/20. Advised the operating account has a balance of

$189,740.66. Reserve account has balance of $200,435.52. Total Liabilities $162,889.76. Total Assets:

$390,176.18.

A&M Report: Peter Whitaker presented.

Clubhouse Report: Julia Davidow presented.

Lake Report: Julia Davidow presented. Midges are really bad and suggest another treatment.

 Peter Whitaker made a motion approve another midge treatment. Julia Davidow second the

motion and the motion carried unanimously.

 Repair of the storm drain pipe complete. Julia Davidow made a motion to pay the invoice for

Technical Inspections out of the reserves. Peter Whitaker second the motion and the motion

carried unanimously.

Landscape Report: Becki Payner presented. Discussion of the perimeter hedge and irrigation.

Membership Report : Julia Davidow presented.

Security Report: David Mcilvain presented. Same issues with illegal parking. Global 8 contract, service

and invoices.

Technology: Patrick Zarrelli presented.

Violation Report: Bill Matthews presented.

 Full inspection conducted. Congress wall landscape growth.

Welcome Social Report: Julia Davidow presented. The schedule of events was sent out.

Presentation of the common area gathering area for the association. Presented by Julia Davidow and

slide show prepared by Bo Eaton and Kasia Pisco. Several ideas and opinions from Board and

homeowners in attendance.

Open Forum: Several homeowners in attendance had questions and comments.

Next meeting is scheduled for March 18, 2020 at 7:00 pm at the EAS Clubhouse.

Being there was no further business to discuss; Julia Davidow moved to adjourn the meeting. Peter

Whitaker second the motion. All in favor. Meeting adjourned at 8:40 p.m.
