Julia Davidow asked for a motion to accept the agenda as presented. Peter Whitakermotion to accept the agenda as presented. David Mcilvainsecond the motion and the motion carried unanimously.
Minutes:November 20, 2019Meeting Minutespresented and reviewed.Peter Whitakermoved to approve the minutesas prepared. Kasia Piscosecondthe motion and the motion carried unanimously. Minutes Approved.
Julia Davidow opened the floor to Residents to comment on the agenda items. (Three minutes allowance per resident).
Nominating Committee Report:Presented by Liz Vanderhoof
Julia Davidow made a motion to appoint William “Bill”Wallace and David LaMaster to the fill the two open positionsonthe Board of Directors for a term of three years. Kasia Pisco second the motion and the motion carried unanimously.

Review of accomplished business for the month and projected business.

- • Julia Davidow read the letter from the Crosspointe Elementary to the Estates of Silverlake book club.
- • Guardhouse computer and entry system issues discussed byJulia Davidow and Patrick Zarelli
- • New Resident Brunchflyer
- • Interior painting of the guardhouse
- • Placement of propane tanks–the BOD agrees to consult with the attorneyon changing the specifications of the propane tank installation.
- • Mailbox –have beautiful mailbox quote repair / replacement
- • Pressure Cleaning: o Liz Vanderhoof made a motion to accept the Premier Powerwashing proposal with the extra item of the guardhouse being powerwashed.Julia Davidow second the motion and the motion past unanimously.
Julia Davidow introduced Bo Eaton to discuss the fundraising opportunity for Estates of Silverlake potential playground.
Financial Report:as of 11/30/19. Advised the operating account has a balance of $123,759.32. Reserve account hasbalance of $188,143.17. Total Liabilities $102,073. Total Assets: $311,902.49.
A&MReport: Peter Whitakerpresented. 2019 there were 85totalA&M applications presented.
ClubhouseReport:Julia Davidowpresented.
- • Pool pump replacement reviewed. The board madea decision to go out for bid onmaintenance and the pump replacement.
LakeReport:Kasia Pisco presented. Lake looks great. Midge treatment.
Landscape Report:Becki Paynerpresented.Change of date and time on the presenter series.
- • Reviewing contracts on irrigation and pest control. Committee remained under budget for 2019.
- • Speaker series Kara Abbott –02/07/20 @11:00 AM.
Membership Report :Julia Davidowpresented.
Security Report:David Mcilvain presented. Same issues with illegal parkingand visitors presentingdrivers license. Clubhouse closingtime. Clock on the cameras and Global 8 contract, service and invoices.
Technology:Patrick Zarrellipresented. Website updated and documents added. Social media sites updated. Working on software for gate.
Violation Report:Kasia Pisco presented.
- • Four owners were sent a notice to appear.
Welcome Social Report:Kasia Piscopresented.The scheduleof events was sent out. Next event is movie at the park.

Open Forum:Several homeowners in attendance had questions and comments.
Nextmeeting isscheduled for February 19,2020at7:00 pmatthe EASClubhouse.
Being there was no further business to discuss; Julia Davidowmoved to adjournthe meeting. Peter Whitaker second the motion. All in favor. Meeting adjournedat 8:50p.m.
