Presidents Report: Presented by Julia Davidow

  • • Irrigation Pump Repairo Julia Davidowmade a motion to ratify the approval of the irrigation pump repair by Ted Conners for $1,700.  Liz VanDerhoofseconded the motion and the motion carriedunanimously.  
  • • Electrical Panel work

Julia Davidowmade a motion toapprove the electrical panel replacement at the clubhouse from Loveland Electricfor $4,240. Peter Whitakerseconded the motion and the motion carried unanimously. 

    • • Valley National credit cardo Julia Davidow made a motion to apply for Valley National creditcard that earns 1% cash back on balancesand to move all auto pay utilities to this card.  Kasia Pisco seconded the motion.  Discussion amongst the board. The motion carried unanimously. 

Financial Report:Kaisa Piscopresentedas of 05/31/20.  Advised the operating account has a balance of $134,346.86. Reserve account hasbalance of $221,505.30. Total Liabilities $114,203.92. Total Assets: $355,382.16.  Budget committee setting up meetings to review and plan for 2021 budget and create a five year projection.  

A&MReport: Peter Whitakerpresented. Several A&M applications reviewed and approved.  

ClubhouseReport:Pool and Tennis courts open under restrictions set forth by PBC and CDC guidelines.Clubhouseclosed.Iguanas reported in the area.  Clubhouse leak or mold issue.  

LakeReport:Julia Davidowpresented. Dead fish reported to Allstate. Due to oxygen levels this happens sometimes.  

Landscape Report:Becki Paynerpresented. Flowers installed.  Mulch done and tree trimming complete.  Committee still monitoring the ficus hedge and issues on Golf Road. 

Membership Report:Julia Davidowpresented.   

  • • JuliaDavidow made a motion to accept David Deleauz as a member of the community.  Peter Whitaker seconded the motion and the motion carried unanimously.  

Security Report:David Mcilvain presented.  Same issues with illegal parking. Garage door open. 

Technology:None at this time. 

Violation Report:Bill Wallace presented.  

  • • Children at play signs can only be out during the time children are outside.  Must be removed while inside.  Speeding issue in the community. 
  • • Mailbox replacementand repairs. 

Welcome Social Report:all activities pending the CoVid-19 restrictions. 

Open Forum:The meeting was held via Zoom so the open forum was limited to messages if anyone had questions.
